  • How are my purchases packaged?

    If your order is being shipped, we expertly pack all breakables to ensure they are delivered to you as safely as possible. In an effort to offset the use of plastic (even the biodegradable ones), we exclusively reuse and upcycle packaging materials. In your PIQUANT order, you will only find recycled boxes, paper, reused plastic protecting your pre-loved finds. Packing materials have been collected from friends and family and local businesses on a regular basis. To see our packaging in action, check our Instagram!

  • What payment methods do you take?

    We accept PayPal , most Credit Cards, and Apple Pay on our website! Venmo is also accepted at @piquantvintage. If these are not a viable payment option for you, please email us at care@piquant.nyc or through Instagram to arrange a different payment method such as Zelle.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    We ship within the US via USPS and worldwide via DHL. We offer free domestic shipping for order over US$75. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page. You can also pick it up at our store in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

  • Yes! You are welcome to pick up at our store in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

  • We ship via USPS Standard Shipping and it largely depends on the location. If you’d like Express Shipping, please let us know prior to placing the order.

  • Communicating our item descriptions to you is very important to us, so we tried to make it very straight forward. We take measurements at the largest distance of the width, length, depth, or height of the full item. If you still have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

  • Due to the widely disparate sizing standards over the years, we recommend comparing secondhand clothing measurements to your own for the most accurate fit.

    – All garments are measured flat
    – Garments with stretch are not pulled when measuring
